Step 1:

Fill out the appropriate online application 

Upon completing and submitting the application you will receive an automated email confirming our office has received your application.

Visiting Student Application

Enroll for Credit | Enroll to Complete CEUs | Enroll as an Auditor (Attend the class without the homework)

Please complete this application if you are interested in taking courses for credit without pursuing a degree; or to complete CEUs; or to enroll as an auditor. This option is ideal for students who aren’t ready to enroll in a full program.

Program Applications 

Masters Degrees

Please complete this application if you are interested in enrolling in the MDIV or MAR program.

Certificates

Please complete this application if you are interested in enrolling in the GCCS program.

Step 2:

Submit your Official Transcripts

(Program Students Only)

For those who desire to pursue a MDiv, MAR, or GCCS

Official Transcripts must be sent to Urbana Theological Seminary from all schools attended since high school from which the applicant received a degree or completed coursework that is prerequisite to the degree sought. In addition, an official transcript is required if the applicant completed at least three classes at any school.

How to request official transcripts: Contact the registrar or academic records office of your previous institution(s). They may e-mail the official transcripts directly to office@urbanatheologicalseminary.org or mail copies to:
