Tuition 2025 – 2026 Academic Year

Student Type

Cost

Although we haven’t raised prices in ten years, including during and after Covid, rising costs have led us to carefully adjust prices to minimize the impact on our students while maintaining our commitment to keeping costs affordable.

Graduate $335 per credit hour
CEUs $435 per 3-credit hour class
Audit $150 for one credit hour / $250 for two credit hour course / $350 for three credit hour course

Tuition Procedure

The tuition balance is due by the end of the fourth week of classes by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) at the school office. If a student is unable to pay in full, he or she may pay a portion of the balance in monthly installments with the remaining due by the end of the semester. Please contact the Seminary office to make arrangements for payment in installments.

Refund Procedure

If a student changes enrollment status in a course, tuition payments will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. A student will receive a refund of:

  • 100 percent if a class is dropped before the end of the Add/Drop period,
  • 75 percent if dropped before the end of the fourth week,
  • 50 percent if dropped before the end of the sixth week,
  • 25 percent if dropped by the end of the eighth week.

A student is responsible for payment of full tuition for a course if the class is dropped after the eighth week of the semester. After the Add/Drop period, there is no refund for audits.

* The Refund Procedure has one exception: All summer or modular classes are subject to specific refund regulations posted for each individual summer semester or modular session.
